OpenCards 2.1 released

It is with great please to announce that OpenCards 2.1 has been released just today. It comes along with some nice new features and improvements:

  • Added drag-and-drop support for ppt-files into OpenCards: It is now possible to drop PPT-files into categories or into the cardset table (which will cause OpenCards to add them to the currently selected category)
  • Improved integration of last-minute learning: Instead of hiding it in the context-menu, it is now accessible right from the main screen and integrates much better with OpenCards
  • Better visualization of new cards in schedule preview: New cards are shown in blue and already reviewed ones are shown in green

  • Open current slide during learning in PowerPoint by double-clicking it, which allows to access cards for editing
  • Various performance and usability improvements
